On Thursday, June 1, the Men in Blue’s new uniform sponsor Adidas unveiled the team’s uniforms across all formats.
The iconic Wankhede Stadium served as the backdrop for a video Adidas India posted on Instagram introducing the jerseys.
The three stripes that are the company’s signature are visible on the sleeves of this new series of jerseys, leaving an impression of Adidas.
The stripes on the test jersey, which will be worn during the World Test Championship (WTC) final are dark blue as opposed to the white stripes on the limited-overs jerseys.

Fans have already noticed the jerseys, and each one has the premium feel that Adidas is renowned for. Adidas unveiled Team India’s uniforms for all formats prior to the WTC championship. The video is available here:
”Team India and Adidas agree to a five-year sponsorship deal.
The Adidas-designed jerseys will be worn by the team starting in June 2023 across all formats”, according to a prior announcement by the BCCI. The five-year agreement will run from June 2023 to March 2028.
The partnership with one of the biggest sportswear brands thrilled BCCI Secretary Jay Shah. In a press release, he stated what follows:
”’We’re committed to improving cricket, and we’re excited to be collaborating with Adidas. One of the best sportswear brands in the world, on this project. The performance and future success of various categories of Indian cricket will be significantly influenced by Adidas. It has a long history in sports, top-notch products, and a significant global presence”.
Including Rohit Sharma and Co. Will compete against Australia in the World Team Championship final beginning on June 7 at The Oval.
The final promises to be an exciting contest because both teams have been dominant during the WTC cycle of 2021–2023 and both teams feature world-class athletes.
