Virat Kohli is in Australia for the ongoing Border-Gavaskar Trophy 2024-25, accompanied by his wife Anushka Sharma and children Vamika and Akaay. The Indian batting legend is in excellent form in his favorite venue during the opening match of the five-test series in Perth.
Kohli has a dedicated supporter in the stands at Optus Stadium, as his wife, Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma, was seen passionately cheering for him during the first Test between India and Australia in Perth.
Videos of Anushka Sharma’s presence quickly went viral on social media. Surprisingly, Virat and Anushka’s son, Akaay, was also spotted at Optus Stadium on Day 3 of the ongoing Perth Test, causing a stir among fans and making the pictures go viral.
Currently, several pictures of Virat Kohli’s son are circulating on social media, where he appears to be sitting on Anushka Sharma’s father’s lap. In the pictures, Anushka is seen seated in the front row, while Akaay enjoys the match from his grandfather’s lap. Notably, Jr. Kohli was dressed in blue.

Kohli and Anushka Sharma have a policy of keeping their children, Vamika and Akaay, out of the public spotlight. They have previously asked the paparazzi not to take photos of their children and to share only glimpses of their lives on special occasions without showing their faces.
In the past, during one of India’s matches, a camera captured Vamika in the stands with her mother, Anushka, and the photos went viral. The couple then requested the media to delete the pictures and condemned the incident. It will be interesting to see how Virat and Anushka respond to the viral image of their son.
