There was an interesting event which took place, during the first Test between South Africa and England. Premier fast bowler Stuart Broad and World Cup hero Ben Stokes had a spat during Drinks.
It was on Day 3 of the Boxing Day test when the spat between the two players took place. The drinks on Day 3 saw the spat between the two players as South Africa were steadily building a partnership and attacking the English bowlers.
Former English Captain who was there in the commentary box at that point of time. Said Broad might have wanted something to say to Stokes which didn”t go too well.
“ I’m pleased that a few words were exchanged to be honest. They”ve got a problem with each other, Broad has said something in the huddle that Stokes is not amused with and England’s vice-captain picks him up on it. I don’t mind that at all,” said Hussain.

The Day 3 ended on a good note for the English team as they finished at 121/1 chasing 376. Rory Burns and Dominic Sibley were the architect of the innings.
South Africa started on a very good note after Andrich Nortje and Rassie Van der Dussen stiched a very good partnership and took South Africa out of danger.
It was later the heroics of Quinton de Kock and the lower order batsman who helped South Africa reach a considerable total which could put pressure on the visiting English team.
Chasing 376, Sibley and Burns put on 92 for the first wicket before the off spinner Keshav Maharaj bamboozled Sibley.
After that Burns and Denly took the score to 121 at the end of days place with Burns scoring 77 and Joe Denly finishing the day at 10.
The key for England will be this partnership and the innings of Joe Root and world cup hero Ben Stokes who would be the key for chasing the humongous total.
