Their openers, Abdullah Shafique and Imam-ul-Haq started off brilliantly adding 105 runs for the first wicket before Shafique was dismissed. Azhar Ali then joined Imam at the crease, to add, 208 runs for the second wicket stand. I

The Pakistan batter added that he is delighted at his knock. “They test your ability and challenge you with some tight bowling, so it’s always enjoyable to come good against that, and I am delighted at my knock,” said Azhar.
Meanwhile, Australia is 136 for no loss in reply to Pakistan’s 476. Usman Khwaja is batting on 70 runs, with David Warner on 58*.
