[WATCH] Gerhard Erasmus Does Hilarious Push-Up As Hardik Pandya Falls In IND vs NAM Match

During the ongoing T20 World Cup 2026 match, Namibia spinner Gerhard Erasmus did a funny push-up as India all-rounder Hardik Pandya fell over him. The game is being played in Delhi on Thursday, February 12. Namibia won the toss and chose to bowl first. Hardik Pandya came out to bat in the 11th over.

On the last ball of the 12th over, bowled by Erasmus, Shivam Dube, who was on strike, pushed a low full-toss back to the bowler. Erasmus dived to his left to stop the ball, and while collecting it, accidentally bumped into Hardik, who was at the non-striker’s end.

Hardik tumbled over Erasmus, who ended up doing a funny push-up with Hardik on top of him as he got up. Both players laughed and shared a light-hearted moment on the field. You can watch the video here:

Erasmus had a great bowling performance against India. He took important wickets, including Ishan Kishan, Tilak Varma, and Hardik Pandya. He finished his spell with impressive figures of 4 wickets for just 20 runs in 4 overs.

Hardik Pandya Smashes Rapid Fifty

Walking in at number five, Hardik Pandya played a brilliant innings to keep India scoring quickly. He smashed a fast half-century and helped take the total past 200. The all-rounder showed his batting skills again, reaching fifty off just 27 balls.

He got to the milestone in style, hitting a six off Erasmus on the first ball of the 19th over. Sadly, he was out on the next ball as the Namibia spinner had the last laugh. Still, Pandya did his job well, scoring 52 runs off 28 balls.

His quick innings included four boundaries and four sixes at a strike rate of 185.71. It was his eighth half-century in T20Is. He now has 2,128 runs from 102 innings at a strike rate of 145.15. After his knock, India finished with a big total of 209/9.
