[WATCH]- Hardik Pandya Posts a Touching Birthday Message for His Son Agastya

On Tuesday, Hardik Pandya, an all-rounder with the Indian Cricket Team wrote heartfelt birthday message on the occasion of his son Agastya’s fourth birthday. Even though he is touring Sri Lanka on National Team duty currently for T20I series, he posted a video showing him and his son on Instagram.

Hardik captioned the post by saying: “You keep me going every single day! Happy birthday to my partner in crime, my whole heart, my Agu Love you beyond words.”

“After 4 years of being together, Natasa and I have decided to mutually part ways. We tried our best together and gave it our all, and we believe this in in the best interest for the both of us. This was a tough decision for us to make, given the joy, mutual respect and companionship we enjoyed together and as we grew a family.”

Hardik Pandya plans to take a break after the T20I series

The past month has been quite tough for Hardik, even after his magnificent all-round performance during India’s T20 World Cup victory at which he starred in the finals, in June.

After Rohit Sharma’s retirement from T20I format post tournament, Hardik, vice-captain of the victorious Indian squad was always expected to take over ahead of 2026 T20 World Cup. He also has captained India in three ODIs and 16 T20Is over the last two year besides being an IPL T20 team’s leader.

However, Suryakumar Yadav was preferred instead. Regardless of the problem, Hardik played notably well in the first two matches of the T20I series against Sri Lanka last week, enabling India to win it with an unbeatable 2-0 lead.

The last match will be played at Pallekele International Stadium on Tuesday when India is looking to clean sweep, before T20 caravan heads to Colombo for a trio of ODIs. However, Hardik stayed away from the content claiming it was due to personal reasons.
