Amid the ongoing lockdown due to the novel coronavirus pandemic, Indian cricketers have been handed customised fitness training drills to keep themselves fit. Many of the cricketers have posted their fitness sessions on social media platforms, but Navdeep Saini stole away all the limelight when he showed impeccable signs of fitness.
The outbreak of COVID-19 has halted all the sporting actions across the globe. The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has also postponed the 13th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) until April 15 which was scheduled to commence from March 29.

As a result, the Indian cricketers have got a welcome break amid their busy schedules. They are utilising it to spend time with their family, engaging with their fans and followers alongside maintaining the fitness standards. The management has also forwarded the fitness schedules of each cricketer and asked them to work in their homes.
Navdeep Saini has been utilising the time to work on his body and further improve his fitness. In a video posted by the fast bowler on his Instagram account, Saini can be seen balancing himself on some soft drinks can. The video has left everyone impressed including his IPL franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore team director Mike Hesson.
