Australia won the toss and chose to bat in the ongoing 4th Ashes Test match. Only 46.5 overs were bowled in the day due to rain interruptions. The toss was delayed by thirty minutes. There is a forecast of more rain throughout the Sydney test. For England, James Anderson, Stuart Broad, and Mark Wood each took a wicket.

David Warner and Marcus Harris added 51 runs for the first wicket before Stuart Broad dismissed Warner. Broad has now dismissed Warner 13 times in Test Cricket which is the most by any bowler. After that, Harris and Marnus Labuschagne put up a 60-run partnership for the second wicket. However, both of them lost their wickets in quick succession as James Anderson ended Harris’ 109-ball innings, while Mark Wood removed Labuschagne.

Australia ended the rain-truncated day 1 with 126/3 on the scoreboard. The game stands evenly balanced currently, as Australia is looking to clinch another win while the visitors are trying to avoid an embarrassing whitewash.

Jack Leach Gives His Autograph On Spectator’s Bald Head

The majority of the overs on Day one were bowled by pacers and Jack Leach just got to bowl two overs. The left-arm spinner, however, grabbed eyeballs with his gesture at the boundary rope.

During the third session, Jack Leach was spotted giving his autograph on a fan’s bald head. Other fans in the stands were seen enjoying this strange but unique style of taking an autograph from someone you admire. The hilarious video went viral on social media in no time.

One of the Twitter users wrote that the fan can also give his autograph back on Leach’s head (since Jack Leach is bald as well)
