Watch: Jasprit Bumrah back in the nets as he gears up for the T20 series against Sri Lanka

India”s pace bowling sensation and world”s No.1 Jasprit Bumrah is back into the Indian team after an injury layover which he sustained in the series against West Indies.

Bumrah missed the series against South Africa, Bangladesh and West Indies due to his lower back injury.

In the absence of Bumrah the Indian bowling was looked after by young bowlers like Deepak Chahar and Khaleel Ahmed who were also assisted by the experienced Mohammed Shami.

Indian fast bowlers have been on the receiving end of injuries as both Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Jasprit Bumrah have had their fair share of injuries.

India are all set to start their new yer against Sri Lanka in a 3 match T20 series, where Jasprit Bumrah would be making a comeback from injury.

India are all set to play their first game against Sri Lanka at the Barsapara Stadium in Guwahati followed with the 2nd T20 in Indore and the last T20 match in Pune.

After which Australia would tour India for a three match One Day series.

The Indian Cricket Team official page posted a video of Jasprit Bumrah bowling in the nets marking the comeback of the pace sensation.

Bumrah was also seen in the Indian nets during the second one day international at Vizag against West Indies.

Bumrah”s form and fitness will be key for the Indian team as India have a long series against New Zealand and the World T20 coming up along with the test series down under which would be a part of the World Test Championship.
