The Lord Test between India and England began this Day 5 with a very high note for England. In the third over of the day, the hosts managed to dismiss Rishabh Pant after Jofra Archer knocked out the wickets of the batter with a hot delivery. That dismissal of Pant marked the mood of the day, and England bowlers kept exerting pressure on the Indian batsmen.
Only three overs later, Ben Stokes took the gigantic wicket of KL Rahul, who scored only 39 runs, and India was in trouble at 81/6. But the best thing of the morning session was not over; the very next over, Archer took another wicket.

Washington Sundar was dismissed back to the dugout by Archer due to a breathtaking one-handed catch, and the guests were dazed at 82/7. It is the third wicket Archer took in the inning, and the video of his catch is going viral on the web platforms. The waving off of Sundar was a major setback to the possibility of India getting a competitive total.
The comeback of Archer into Test cricket has been phenomenal. The pacer of the England team, who missed the action of more than four years, entered the playing side of the England team in red-ball cricket and has entered by ratting the innings of the India batting side. His bowling has boosted the bowling potential of the England side and his experience has turned into an enormous gain.
In red ball cricket being played, Archer has a record to be proud of, having 42 wickets in only 13 Tests with three 5-wicket hauls. He is an added advantage to the team since his comeback, and his activities in the field will determine who wins and who loses. Archer is the best fast bowler in the world, as he demonstrated with his excellent bowling and fielding.
