[WATCH]- LSG Coach Justin Langer Dances To Hit Bollywood Song During Holi Celebrations

Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) head coach Justin Langer was amusingly seen dancing to a Bollywood song during the team’s Holi celebrations. The franchise shared a video on its official social media handle, showing Langer wearing a hat and following someone’s lead as he attempted the dance steps.

Langer, who previously coached the Australian men’s team and the Perth Scorchers in the Big Bash League (BBL), took over as LSG’s head coach ahead of IPL 2024. Despite some impressive performances, the Lucknow-based team fell short of securing a top-four finish.

However, the franchise owners have continued to back the former Australian cricketer for IPL 2025. Watch the clip below of the LSG coach dancing to a popular Bollywood song:

LSG, who made it to the top four in both the 2022 and 2023 editions, will begin their campaign this year against Delhi Capitals on March 24 in Visakhapatnam.

LSG Splurge Record Sum on Rishabh Pant, Name Him Captain

Justin Langer will collaborate with wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant, who has been appointed as the skipper of Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) for IPL 2025. During the November 2024 auction in Saudi Arabia, Pant made history by becoming the most expensive player ever in an IPL auction, securing a ₹27 crore deal with LSG.

Earlier in the same auction, Shreyas Iyer had briefly held the record after Punjab Kings acquired him for ₹26.75 crore, surpassing Mitchell Starc’s previous milestone. However, Pant soon eclipsed his Indian teammate with an even higher bid.

Pant captained Delhi Capitals in the 2024 season but couldn’t guide them to the playoffs. Despite this, he had an impressive campaign with the bat, scoring 446 runs in 13 matches at an average of 40.54 and a strike rate of 155.40.

However, the southpaw may be slightly short on match practice, having not played any competitive cricket since January 25. He was left out during India’s home white-ball series against England and did not feature in the Champions Trophy 2025 squad.
