The Rolls-Royce Silver Wraith II was manufactured between 1977 and 1980. MS Dhoni, a well-known automobile enthusiast, has a collection of vintage vehicles in his garage. Among his prized possessions are rare models like the Nissan Jonga and the Hummer H2.
In terms of cricket, Dhoni bid farewell to international cricket on August 15, 2020, but still represents Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the Indian Premier League (IPL). Dhoni returned as CSK captain in IPL 2025 after Ruturaj Gaikwad’s injury, but the team had a poor season, finishing last for the first time with 4 wins and 10 losses.
He scored 196 runs in 13 innings at an average of 24.50 and a strike rate of 135.17.
“I Don’t See Him Retiring Yet”– RCB Youngster On Dhoni’s IPL Future
Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) batter Swastik Chikara expressed confidence that MS Dhoni will feature in IPL 2026, suggesting that the veteran is not likely to step away from the tournament anytime soon. He also recalled his experience of meeting Dhoni during the 2025 season. In a conversation on CricXtasy’s podcast, Chikara mentioned:
It was a completely different feeling, Thala for a reason. The reason is him, bro. I mean, he’s really a good person, I swear. Dhoni bhai is just Dhoni bhai. Yash bhaiya was also there, and he was saying, ‘You’re talking as if you’ve known him for 10 years.
“He’ll play, he’ll play, bro (IPL 2026). That man has so much energy. He’s very strong (Bahut jaan hai uss aadmi mein). He will play for sure. I don’t think he will retire anytime soon, in my opinion. We were laughing, joking, taking photos, and having fun.”
“The conversation was casual. He asked where I’m from, and I said I live in a village. The chat was nice and relaxed. He said, ‘Good, you’re a desi guy,’ (Desi londa hai tu).”
