[Watch] Rahmanullah Gurbaz’s Stunning Catch To Dismiss Shivam Dube

Rahmanullah Gurbaz,

Afghanistan wicket-keeper Rahmanullah Gurbaz pulled off a stunning effort during the third and final T20I against Afghanistan on Wednesday, January 17 at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. His screamer ensured Shivam Dube failed to display his magic in the match.

Batting first, India was in a spot of trouble when they were reduced to 18 for the loss of two wickets. Yashasvi Jaiswal and Virat Kohli were back in the hut. Shivam Dube, who has been India’s top performer in the series so far, was expected to make an impact once again. However, the batter couldn’t score many as he was dismissed for a solitary run.

In the fourth over, Azmatullah Omarzai bowled a straight-up delivery which curled back into Shivam Dube. The left-handed batter pushed at the delivery, with no foot movement. The ball took the edge of Shivam Dube’s bat and flew to the wicket-keeper. Rahmanullah Gurbaz dived to his left to take an excellent catch.
