Speaking about the match, Rohan Patil and Praveen Dubey starred with impressive half-centuries, while Nischith Rao claimed three wickets as Bengaluru Blasters held their nerve against a strong late surge from Hubli Tigers to seal a thrilling two-run win.

Pursuing a target of 204, Hubli Tigers stayed in contention thanks to valuable knocks from Aneeshwar Gautam (34 off 23), Shivkumar Rakshith (41 off 30), and a fiery 60 from just 22 deliveries by Manvanth Kumar. Abhinav Manohar also contributed 21 off 15 balls as the Tigers pushed the chase right till the final delivery.

Requiring five runs from the final ball, the Tigers ended their innings at 201/7 as the crucial dismissals of Abhinav Manohar and Manvanth Kumar at key moments dented their late push. Nischith Rao (3/27) and Vidwath Kaverappa (2/55) were the standout bowlers for the Blasters.

The win marked Bengaluru Blasters’ sixth victory in seven games, moving them to 12 points and further solidifying their place at the top of the table. Hubli Tigers, on the other hand, registered their third loss of the season.
