India’s captain, Rohit Sharma, celebrated the team’s victory in the T20 World Cup 2024 uniquely on Saturday. In the Barbados final against South Africa, Rohit’s team secured a tight win to snap an 11-year wait for an ICC championship. Amid the Indian team’s tearful celebration, Rohit decided to seal the occasion by eating some sand from the field where he won his first ICC championship as captain.
Rohit Sharma was seen removing sand from the Barbados pitch, where South Africa and India had played the championship, in a video released by the Indian Cricket Board. And with that, the hitman put the sand in his mouth.

Every true cricket fan felt unique and moved to see Rohit Sharma’s expressions and emotions about winning the World Cup and realizing their dream.
