India star Rohit Sharma shared a fun moment with Arshdeep Singh during India’s ongoing final ODI of the three-match home series against Afghanistan on Saturday, June 20. The match is being held at M. A. Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. Afghanistan won the toss and chose to bat first.
During the innings, Sharma entertained fans with his dance moves while fielding near the boundary. The moment unfolded when Arshdeep, who was rested for the match, came out to carry drinks for him outside the ropes. Spotting the pacer, the former Indian captain broke into a playful dance.

The match has no impact on the series, as India have already won it with a 2-0 lead. Rohit Sharma scored 16 runs from 16 balls in the first match before getting run out, and scored 48 runs off 39 balls in the second match.

Rohit Sharma had an active outing in the field, taking three catches in the slip off Prasidh Krishna’s bowling. With that, he became only the fourth Indian to be involved in the first three wickets of an ODI innings, joining Sourav Ganguly (2002), Manoj Tiwary (2011), and Suresh Raina (2013).
Meanwhile, Afghanistan were bowled out for 218 in 44.2 overs. Captain Hashmatullah Shahidi led from the front with his maiden ODI hundred, scoring 102 runs off 131 balls. All-rounder Azmatullah Omarzai also made a valuable contribution with 50 off 56 deliveries.
Prasidh Krishna was India’s standout bowler, picking up his maiden five-wicket haul in ODI cricket. The Shubman Gill-led side will now look to chase 219 and seal a 3-0 series whitewash over the visitors.
