Star cricketer Rohit Sharma has returned to India with his family after an extended holiday. The experienced batter last played in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 for the Mumbai Indians (MI), scoring 418 runs in 15 matches, including four half-centuries.
After the tournament, Rohit went on vacation with his family, enjoying time in Dubai, Italy, and Switzerland before spending a significant period in London. While there, the 38-year-old was spotted watching Day 3 of the fifth Test between India and England in the Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy.
India secured a thrilling six-run win, leveling the series 2-2. On August 9, Instagram page @filmygyan posted a video showing Rohit leaving Mumbai airport with his wife Ritika Sajdeh and their children, Samaira and Ahaan. You can watch the video here:

At present, Rohit Sharma competes only in ODIs internationally, accumulating 11,168 runs across 273 matches, boasting an average of 48.76 and a strike rate of 92.80, along with 58 fifties and 32 centuries.

After the conversation ended and I started walking away, I was thinking to myself, this is my first time here, and he shared so many valuable insights with me. I felt genuinely happy. It made me feel really good.”
