Rohit Sharma shows frustration at Mumbai Indians staff member
Rohit Sharma, former captain of Mumbai Indians, appeared visibly annoyed with a member of the teamโs support staff for arriving late. The incident occurred on the eve of their Indian Premier League 2026 clash against Rajasthan Royals at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium.
With most players already seated in the team bus and waiting, Rohit was seen looking outside before raising his voice. He called out to the staff member, saying, โAe DJ, get in, man,โ making it clear that punctuality is strictly expected within the squad.

Given their strong run of form, Rajasthan Royals appear to have an advantage over Mumbai Indians. A major boost for MI, however, is the return of Hardik Pandya, who missed the previous match due to illness and was sorely missed against Delhi Capitals.
That said, MIโs struggles on the road remain a concern. Since 2023, no side has fared worse away from home than Mumbai Indians, managing just 9 wins in 24 matches, resulting in the lowest win-loss ratio (0.6) among all teams during this period.
Mumbai Indiansโ next match is against Rajasthan Royals on April 7, 2026, at the Barsapara Cricket Stadium, with the game scheduled to begin at 7:30 PM IST
