Fifteen-year-old Vaibhav Suryavanshi continued his impressive form by scoring his second T20I half-century during the third match against Zimbabwe in Harare. Batting first, India posted a competitive 192/5, with the young left-hander once again showcasing his explosive stroke play.
One of the highlights of his innings was a gigantic 102-metre six off Zimbabwe captain Sikandar Raza. On the third ball of the 13th over, Suryavanshi skipped down the pitch to a length delivery, adjusted brilliantly, and launched it straight over long-off.
With excellent footwork and a full-blooded swing, he sent the ball soaring 102 metres into the stands. Watch the video here:

The young left-hander narrowly missed out on what would have been his maiden international century, falling for a superb 81 off 49 deliveries. His entertaining knock featured eight fours and four sixes at a strike rate of 165.31. Suryavanshi finished as India’s highest scorer, with no other batter reaching the fifty-run mark.
Vaibhav Suryavanshi Shines Throughout Zimbabwe Series
Vaibhav Suryavanshi has enjoyed remarkable success in Zimbabwe. Even before this tour, he had fond memories of the venue, having smashed a record-breaking 175 in the Under-19 World Cup final earlier this year. The 15-year-old carried that form into the T20I series, finishing as India’s leading run-scorer.
Across three matches, he amassed 151 runs at an average of 50.33 and an outstanding strike rate of 196.10, including two half-centuries. He announced himself in the opening T20I with a breathtaking 19-ball fifty, his maiden international half-century, featuring four fours and four sixes at a strike rate of 263.16.
Apart from a difficult England tour, Suryavanshi has enjoyed a stellar 2026, scoring heavily wherever he has played. He was one of the standout performers in IPL 2026, amassing 776 runs in 13 matches at an average of 48.50 and a strike rate of 237.30, with one century and five fifties.
Those performances earned him a fast-tracked call-up to India’s T20I squad. After enduring a disappointing series in England, the youngster bounced back in style with an exceptional display on the Zimbabwe tour.
