[WATCH]- Virat Kohli Makes A Guest Appearance During Kagiso Rabada’s Podcast Interview

Indian batting sensation Virat Kohli made a guest appearance on the Willow Talk Podcast while South African fast bowler Kagiso Rabada was being interviewed.

Interestingly, Rabada identified Kohli as the most challenging batsman across all formats, noticing the former Indian captain’s presence. The South African fast bowler then invited Kohli to join the Podcast.

During the podcast, the two players engaged in a lighthearted exchange when Kohli was questioned about Rabada’s bowling abilities by the host. Rabada jokingly mentioned that Kohli considers him a ‘weak bowler’ before they shared a friendly embrace.

Kohli and Rabada are among the premier stars in international cricket, both possessing impressive records across all formats. Kohli has accumulated more than 26,000 runs in international cricket, notably achieving a record 50 ODI centuries.

Meanwhile, Rabada has secured over 500 wickets across formats in his illustrious international career. In their head-to-head encounters, Kohli has dominated Rabada in Test and ODI matches, whereas Rabada has held the advantage over Kohli in T20 cricket.

Although Rabada has dismissed Kohli a total of 7 times in Tests and ODIs, Kohli maintains impressive averages of 50.60 and 69 against him in the respective formats.

However, Kohli’s average drops to under 15 against Rabada in T20 matches (both international and IPL), with four dismissals to his name.

The clash between Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and Punjab Kings (PBKS) at Dharamsala on Thursday, May 9, will showcase the ongoing rivalry between Virat Kohli and Kagiso Rabada.

Both teams have won four out of their 11 matches, making this a crucial encounter to remain in contention for the playoffs. Kohli currently leads the batting charts with 542 runs, averaging 67.75 with a strike rate of over 148 in 11 games.

Meanwhile, Rabada’s form has been inconsistent, claiming 11 wickets at an economy rate of 8.85 in the same number of matches.

In their previous encounter this season, RCB emerged victorious by four wickets. Kohli played a pivotal role, scoring a rapid 77 off 49 balls, while Rabada contributed with figures of 2/23 in four overs for PBKS.
