When the entire RCB squad boarded the chartered plane from Bangalore, all the fans had just one question, where is captain Virat Kohli? He was nowhere in the team picture posted on social media. The social media was flooded with one question everywhere as no one had any clue about Virat Kohli.

But soon all talks were laid to rest when Kohli himself uploaded a picture of his own from the hotel in Dubai. Virat boarded a separate plane from Mumbai, where he stays to avoid any risk of COVID-19. Now all players will be into quarantine in a bio-secure bubble. The players won’t be able to interact with someone from outside during this period.

However, the quarantine isn’t stopping Virat Kohli from sweating it out from his hotel room. The RCB skipper is preparing himself in the hunt for the first IPL trophy in the history of 13 years.

He posted a picture from his hotel room writing, “Keep putting in the work”. In no time the same photo was posted from Royal Challengers Banglore’s official twitter handle. Which said, “No days off for Captain Kohli!”.

The entire RCB camp will be looking to break RCB’s losing streak. This year they have got all their basis covered since death bowling has been RCB’s constant problem. This year they have the likes of Kane Richardson and Dale Steyn, who have had proven success of bowling in the death overs.

The batting department will be led by captain Virat Kohli and South Africa’s Ab de Villiers. Both individuals being the senior-most members of the team and will have the onus of leading through RCB’s batting and scoring majority runs of the side.

This year’s IPL will take place in the UAE which the 2nd time the IPL has shifted its base to the gulf country. First occasion being during the 2014 season when the India general elections were held.
