West Indies Cricket Board has announced the One day International and T20I squads for series against India. Chris Gayle will not be a part of both teams. The Indian team are currently 2nd in the rankings and both teams are looking to perform well leading up to the World Cup 2019.

One Day International Squad
West Indies will take on India in the five matches One-day international series starting from 21st October. The team will be led by Jason Holder. It is a team comprised of many youngsters who have been given chances to play against the top quality side like India in Indian conditions.
Venue for the 2nd ODI between India and Windies changed due to this reason
Chanderpaul Hemraj, all-rounder Fabien Allen and fast bowler Oshane Thomas will get a chance to showcase their talent to the world.
West Indies will be taking on India in the first match at Guwahati on 21st October, followed by at Vizag on 24th, Pune on 27th, the 4th ODI on 29th Oct at Mumbai and the final One day international to be played at Thiruvananthapuram on 1st November.

The West Indies T20I squad will be captained by Carlos Braithwaite. It marks the return players like Darren Bravo, Kieron Pollard. West Indies have hard-hitting T20 specialists including Andre Russell, Evin Lewis and some young players showed their skills in the CPL 2018 edition. West Indies have not included Sunil Narine, Dwyane Bravo in both ODI and T20I squads.
The T20I series between India and West Indies will comprise of 3 matches starting from 4th November at Kolkata, 7th November at Lucknow and the final T20I match would be played at Chennai on 11th November.
