Anushka could be seen wearing a white shirt underneath a black and white striped jacket. While playing Australia in the WTC final, India elected to bowl first after winning the toss.
At the Oval in London on Wednesday for the World Test Championship 2023 final, Australian batsmen Steve Smith and Travis Head dominated the Indian bowlers for the majority of the second session.
With scores of 60(75) and 33(102), respectively, from Travis Head and Steve Smith on the crease, Australia had a healthy 170/3 at tea.
With speedster Mohammad Shami bringing back Marnus Labuschagne for 26(62). India began the second session similarly to how they ended the first.
After lunch, Shami struck with the first pitch he faced, a delivery that was pitched straight up, forcing Labuschagne into a drive.
He completely missed the ball though, which slipped through his defense and clipped the bails.
The in-form Travis Head then joined Smith at the Crease . And the left- and right-handed duo accelerated their rate of scoring.
Every over, both batters tried to reach the fence in an effort to advance the scoring. Both batters hit a total of seven boundaries in the first 10 overs of the second session.
