BCCI President Sourav Ganguly is one of the richest cricketers of India. Recently, Ganguly bought a new luxurious house in Kolkata. Sourav has shifted to a new address in Kolkata. The BCCI president spent a whopping amount of Rs 40 Crore for his new lavish house. It is located at Lower Rawdon Street in Kolkata.

Ganguly will leave his ancestral house in Behala after spending 48 years in it. The main reason behind it was the location of the new house. The new house is located at a place from where it would be easier for him to travel to different places. Also, the new house of Ganguly is spread across a 23.6- kottah plot.

Ganguly looked delighted after buying the new house, however, he was also emotional that he has to leave a place where he lived for 48 years. Sourav Ganguly said, “Happy to have my own home. I think that’s what it is. Living centrally will also be convenient. But the hardest bit is to leave a place where I lived 48 years.”

“How many can bowl at 150 kmph? Not many” – Sourav Ganguly on the rise of Umran Malik

The BCCI president was highly impressed with the performance of  the Indian Pacers in the ongoing season of Indian Premier League (IPL). Ganguly praised the likes of Umran Malik and  Kuldip Sen for bowling with sheer express pace. Sourav also said that it wouldn’t be a surprise if they are picked for the Indian team.

“How many can bowl at 150 km? Not many. I won’t be surprised if he gets picked for the national team. We have to be careful in using him, though. Umran is the fastest. I also like Kuldip Sen. We will have Jasprit Bumrah and Mohammed Shami. Finally, it is up to the selectors,” Ganguly recently said.
