Meanwhile, Hardik Pandya after the game said that he was left speechless by the knock from Kieron Pollard.
“After winning this sort of a game you got to be pumped for the rest of the night I guess. When he (Pollard) does something like this you are genuinely speechless. “The best part was he has done it over the years again and again. Bloody… Fantastic. Special Mention To Polly: Hardik Pandya
“I feel we have arrived at the right time of the tournament now. I feel for us this game was very important This momentum is going to help us do wonders I think. Again special mention to Polly, I am just very proud of him” said Pandya.
MI vs CSK encounters are called the El Classico of IPL and this game has proved just why. Both teams batted beautifully on a placid Delhi wicket. However, Pollard’s power was a bit too much for the CSK bowler’s liking. Jasprit Bumrah bowled his most expensive spell ever in the IP in this match. He went for 56 off his four. Though CSK took three quick wickets in the middle overs, Pollard turned the match on its head for the five-time champions.
