Security breach concern is a issue: Jasprit Bumrah
“That is something we don’t control, obviously the security concern is an issue. Suddenly, we realized that there were intruders but thankfully the officials intervened. We don’t know what to say about that, the craze of the game is very high and the fans get emotional sometimes.”
Meanwhile, India set Sri Lanka a target of 447 runs in the last innings of the test match. Shreyas Iyer was again the top scorer for India with 67 runs, while Rishabh Pant scored 50 off 31 balls. The visitors are 28/1, with Jasprit Bumrah dismissing Lahiru Thirimanne for a duck early in the innings.
Sri Lanka skipper Dimuth Karunaratne and Kushal Mendis will resume their innings on day three.
