Chennai Super Kings players are well and truly in the mode of some hard practice after touching down in the UAE for the second leg of IPL 2021. The likes of Suresh Raina, MS Dhoni, Ambati Rayudu have had good practice session ahead of their opening game against Mumbai Indians on September 19. The season was suspended by the BCCI after the emergence of COVID-positive cases in different camps.
Meanwhile, CSK’s Twitter handle posted a video of MS Dhoni, Suresh Raina among others having a good hitout session in the ICC academy in Dubai. All of them were hitting the ball from the sweet part of the bat which is why the caption of the video read as “shots”.

Raina and Dhoni did not have the best starts to their IPL 2021. They did not score as many runs they wanted in the first half. This both will be looking to make up for it in the second half. The side is placed second in the points table with 10 points from seven games. They lost against Mumbai Indians and Delhi Capitals in the first half.

Raina scored 123 runs from seven games in the first half while MS Dhoni just 37. In many of the games, he did not come out to bat a well. The CSK skipper needs to bat well if he is willing to win the IPL title for the fourth time.
