The former India star was thrilled to meet MS Dhoni at the airport with his son

Dhoni underwent successful surgery on his left knee in a hospital in Mumbai, giving him hope that he will participate in the 17th season of the Indian Premier League the following year.

After the IPL Final game on Monday, Dhoni took a flight from Ahmedabad to Mumbai, where he saw Dr. Dinshaw Pardiwala, a renowned sports orthopaedic surgeon who is also a member of the BCCI medical panel.

He has operated on many of the country’s top cricketers, including Rishabh Pant. Chennai Super Kings won their fifth IPL title under Dhoni’s leadership.

“Yes, Dhoni underwent a successful knee procedure on Thursday at Mumbai’s Kokilaben Hospital. The surgery took place in the morning, and he is recovering well”.

“I have no specifics. “I have not yet received all the information regarding the nature of the surgery and other matters”, Kasi Viswanathan, the CEO of CSK, told PTI.

Off the field, however, Dhoni has won the respect and admiration of both cricket fans and his fellow players thanks to his humility and down-to-earth demeanor.

He still makes time to interact with his fans despite his enormous success and is approachable.

This trait was on full display when he met with Mohammad Kaif’s son, making sure the boy felt loved and valued.
