One of the greatest all-rounders in the shortest format of the game, Dwayne Bravo has picked one instance that change his T20 career. The West Indian boasts a illustrious career, having played across the world in all T20 leagues.

In was in 2006 when India toured West Indies for a multi-format series. In the 2nd of the four ODIs, Dwayne Bravo came up with a  change-up deliveries that left everyone in shock including the batter Yuvraj Singh.

“It made the world look up and notice that I have one of the best change-up balls in (the) business and it made my T20 career,” said Dwayne Bravo while speaking to The Indian Express.

“I still hadn’t really thought about what ball to bowl. I am still not clear when I go to the top of my run-up. At some point, before I get to the umpire, I decide I am going to bowl that dipper,” he added.

“Too many, man, to choose one ball as favourite. That Yuvraj ball did change my life,” concluded Dwayne Bravo.

The 30-year-old all-rounder has 574 T20 wickets under his belt, including 11 four-wicket hauls and two five-wicket hauls. He is also an exceptional batter and can play the long handle in the death overs.

Dwayne Bravo will be crucial to Chennai Super Kings plans and they look to defend the title in the ongoing IPL 2022.
