A video of Gully cricket from Mumbai is creating a lot of buzz on social media. In the video, the batter hit a shot towards the leg side and ran a single. But the ball, after striking a small pit on the ground, rolled back towards the pitch and hit his stumps.

The batsman was given out because there was no human intervention in between. The batsman couldn’t believe that he got dismissed in such a bizarre manner. All the friends present in the ground laughed at this dismissal. Several interesting videos of Gully cricket have gone viral on social media in the past too.

Sai Sudharsan gets out ‘Hit wicket’ in a bizarre manner

Not only in gully cricket, but many funny dismissals have also happened in the Indian Premier League and International Cricket too which have caught the attention of cricket fans. Recently in the match between Gujarat Titans and Mumbai Indians, Sai Sudarshan was dismissed in an unfortunate way.

Sai Sudharsan tried to play a pull shot on the bowling of Kieron Pollard. But he was standing so close to the stumps and couldn’t manage his balance. Eventually, he was dismissed hit wicket after his bat hit the stumps. Sai managed to score just 14 runs in 11 balls in this match. Mumbai Indians claimed a close victory in this match.
