Watch – “Chennai Super Kings” – Andrew Flintoff Gives A Savage Reply To A Fan’s Question

A video clip on social media has gone viral in which former England All-rounder Andrew Flintoff was asked if he was a ‘fan’ of cricket. Flintoff, who was hosting the TV show Top Gear, was sitting inside the car with a young fan when the embarrassing incident occurred.

“Are you a fan of cricket?”, the fan inquired innocently, to which Flintoff paused for a while before responding with a “Yes.” Then he was asked which IPL team he supports, to which he replied, “Chennai Super Kings.”

Flintoff then disclosed that he had actually played for Chennai Super Kings. The guy was left completely surprised and asked Flintoff: “Really, what year?. “2008”, replied Flintoff.

“I mean, I was a baby at the time, so I didn’t watch cricket back then.”, the Fan replied to defend himself. Flintoff was left speechless after his reply and looked away from the camera probably realising that it’s been more than a decade since he last played professional cricket.
