Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) star batter Virat Kohli was spotted at the airport with his wife and Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma ahead of the IPL 2025 match between RCB and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). The two teams are set to play at the Ekana Stadium in Lucknow on Friday, May 23.
While at the airport, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma posed for photos, with Kohli even suggesting a camera angle to the paparazzi.
“Yaha pe (here),” he said, while making a gesture with his hand, suggesting a camera angle while posing.
Kohli sported a relaxed look in a full-sleeve sweatshirt, matching pants, and a cap, while Anushka opted for a white oversized hoodie paired with a cap, both smiling and waving at the cameras. You can watch the video here:

All Eyes On Kohli As RCB Look To Extend Away Win Streak
RCB were initially slated to face SRH at Bengaluru’s Chinnaswamy Stadium, but the match was shifted to Lucknow due to concerns over rain. Their last fixture at Chinnaswamy against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) was abandoned because of continuous rainfall.
The change of venue might not bother RCB, as they’ve excelled in away games this season, winning all six matches played on the road. The spotlight will be on Virat Kohli as the team prepares for a crucial encounter against SRH. This is expected to be Kohli’s first complete match since he announced his retirement from Test cricket on Monday, May 12.
Kohli has been in impressive form with the bat, having amassed 505 runs in 11 innings, including seven half-centuries—each contributing to a victory. With a playoff spot already secured, RCB will now aim for a top-two finish in the league standings.
