The famed duo of Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal had a fun-filled session of charades in a new video released by the Board of Control for Cricket in India. They are currently staying in Colombo ahead of their white-ball series against Sri Lanka.
The pair, famously known as ‘Kul-Cha’, were India’s lethal combination prior to the 2019 ODI World Cup. They would bowl in tandem during the middle-overs and choke the opposition out of the game. Kuldeep and Chahal were destined to take over the cricketing world. However, a fateful day against England in the 2019 World Cup saw them separated, never to play together until now.
The two leggies are part of the Indian squad that will take on Sri Lanka in a limited-overs series. There will be no better opportunity than this for the team to field them both together. Fans have been desperate to see them in action once again. We already know the camaraderie they share on the field. In the latest video released by the BCCI, we get to see them in action off the field.
The duo engage in a game of charades, with the names of the Indian players as clues. Kuldeep Yadav hilariously imitates senior players Ishant Sharma and Virat Kohli, while Yuzvendra Chahal is seen attempting to guess the names.

Kuldeep Yadav and Yuzvendra Chahal are running out of breathing room in the Indian squad
We could well be seeing the last of Yuzvendra Chahal and Kuldeep Yadav together, if either one of them under-performs. Kuldeep in particular, has his international career hanging by a thread. If he fails to impress, he might have to go back to the domestic circuit in order to gain some confidence.
The same goes for Chahal. He has been out of form lately, and with Rahul Chahar as well as Varun Chakravarthy breathing down his neck, he is living on borrowed time. Since India has no dearth of spinners, the upcoming series against Sri Lanka will be acid test for ‘Kul-Cha’.
