Team India cricketers are training hard to get ready for the five-match Test series against England. Currently, all the players of team India are in Durham Cricket Club to prepare for the event. India’s Ace pacer Mohammed Shami is grinding hard to get ready for the Test series. Also, he uploaded a new training video on his official Instagram handle on Wednesday 28 July.
Meanwhile, Mohammed Shami has been consistently sharing his training videos with fans on social media from the UK. Last week Shami uploaded several videos from his gym workout session and bowling session. Meanwhile, in the latest Instagram video ace pacer, Shami was seen performing forward squad jumps. Mohammad Shami was praised by fans for his fitness in the comment section of the video. Notably, the fast bowler performed four forward jump squats in the video.

Team India returns to training at Durham
The official Twitter handle of The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) posted a few pictures of Team India while training. In the pictures, 7 cricketers were seen doing batting practice. The list of cricketers include, Virat Kohli, Rishabh Pant, Rohit Sharma, Cheteshwar Pujara, Mayank Agarwal, KL Rahul, and Ajinkya Rahane.

Also on Tuesday BCCI shared a video where team India players were seen doing a fun catching drill. Meanwhile, All the players were seen enjoying the practice session.

Meanwhile,The India vs England five-match Test series will begin on August 4 at Nottingham. England cricket is all set to enter the match with their best playing XI as they are likely to put a hold on their rotation policy. Also, Virat Kohli-led India will be entering the match with a new opening pair as star Shubman Gill has been ruled out of the series.
