An interesting fact about Jay Bista is, he is the first player of Nepalese origin to play for Mumbai. Last year Jay Bista was the second highest run-scorer for his side. He scored 2 fifty plus scores in 7 innings last year at a healthy strike rate of a shade under 144.
If required, Bista can chip in with a couple of overs too with his handy off-spin. In the domestic T20 competition this year, Bista could only manage 3 games, where he scored 112 in 3 innings.
