2. Mayank Agarwal– ODIs and T20Is

Mayank Agarwal should have been given a chance in the One-day international squad against West Indies. He was called as a replacement for Vijay Shankar during the World Cup 2019. He has been a consistent performer in the domestic circuit for quite some time. 

He has played 75 List A matches scoring 3605 runs with the best score of 176. It is indeed surprising for a person to get a World Cup call-up but not for the West Indies tour.
