It is to be noted that the KKR side has recently parted ways with Jacques Kallis. If reports are set to be true, this could be a huge boost for the side.

McCullum was associated with four teams in the IPL to date. While he started his career with the Knight Riders, he represented Chennai, Kochi, and Gujarat Lions in the process.

A possible CPL stint

McCullum is also expected to join Trinbago Knight Riders for the next CPL season. What”s interesting here is that he will be replacing Simon Katich who had been guiding the sides till the 2019 edition.

McCullum”s association with KKR dates us back to the inaugural IPL game. His unbeaten 158 still remains as the only century by a Kolkata batsman in the cash-rich league to date.
