Indian batsman Ambati Rayudu is all set to lead Hyderabad in the upcoming Vijay Hazare Trophy. The 33-year old came out of retirement in a month after announcing the same.

Rayudu wasn”t considered by the BCCI as a replacement during the ICC World  Cup 2019. Though he was announced as a standby, Mayank Agarwal and Pant were called as a cover for Dhawan and KL Rahul. This led to Rayudu”s retirement announcement.

However, things took a U-Turn when he took back the same last month. He thanked VVS Laxman and the CSK franchise for encouraging him during the “rough patch”.
