[WATCH] Virat Kohli Fumes As A Fan Breaches Security For A Selfie By Obstructing Anushka Sharma’s Path

A fan who wanted a selfie with Virat Kohli and his wife Anushka Sharma left him furious. The fan’s intrusion into Anushka’s space and obstruction of Kohli’s path infuriated him. When the incident took place, Kohli and Anushka were leaving a well-known restaurant in Bengaluru. Notably, Kohli is playing for RCB in the IPL 2023 now.

Due to the prominence of both Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma in their respective fields, they are arguably India’s most renowned couple. While Anushka is one of the nation’s most well-liked movie stars, Kohli is widely regarded as one of the greatest cricket players ever. Due to the duo’s positions, they have received unheard-of amounts of support from people all over the country and the world.

However, their fame does have a drawback because people are constantly trying to get a glimpse of them or an opportunity to interact with them. These can result in blatant security problems. One such incident recently took place, where a fan taking a selfie blocked Anushka Sharma’s way.

In the video, a fan who was looking for a safe inadvertently approached the Indian cricket talisman’s wife as they left the popular Central Tiffin Road eatery in Bengaluru. The fan was furious and left the couple outside. In order to protect Anushka’s privacy and safety, Kohli commanded the fan to leave in an obviously irate manner.

Since he is currently representing the Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the ongoing Indian Premier League (IPL), Kohli is based in Bengaluru. However, since the beginning of IPL in 2008, Virat Kohli has been a member of the team and Anushka also has a unique bond with the city.

In a recent conversation, the former captain of the RCB, Virat Kohli mentioned the love the couple has for Bengaluru.

“She is a Bangalore woman. There, she grew up. Not many people are aware of the fact that she has spent significantly more time in Bangalore than I have. Additionally, she already feels a special connection to the city,” he said in season 1 of the RCB Podcast.

She undoubtedly experiences sadness when we perform poorly. As I’ve already mentioned, she has a special connection to Bangalore. So for her, it was just a case of everything falling into place so perfectly that I happened to perform there. She gets to return to the city and relive her priceless childhood memories. And she adores it completely,” Virat Kohli concluded.
