Both nations find themselves in Group A, alongside Ireland, Canada, and the USA. The thrilling India vs Pakistan encounter is set for June 9 at the Eisenhower Park stadium in New York, with a maximum capacity of 34,000 fans, a notable decrease from the 90,000-seater MCG where they faced off in the T20 World Cup 2022.

The T20 World Cup’s first round for team India will unfold entirely in the USA, with three matches in New York and one in Florida. The tournament comprises four groups, each consisting of five teams. The top two teams from each group will progress to the Super 8 round, forming two groups with four teams each. The semifinals will include the leading two teams from these group stages.

– Group B: England, Australia, Namibia, Scotland, Oman
– Group C: New Zealand, West Indies, Afghanistan, Uganda, Papua New Guinea
