Shivam Shukla, a gifted mystery spinner from Jodhpur’s famed Future Blues Cricket Academy, has landed with Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) for the 2025 Indian Premier League (IPL). Under Rajat’s captaincy, Shivam represents Madhya Pradesh in domestic cricket, and the selectors were very impressed with his practice match performance, in which he had Abhishek’s wicket in his very first over.
The selection is the reward for all the toil put in by Shivam and his dedication to the sport. In the meantime, he has been training in the SRH camp under the master spinner Muttiah Muralitharan and has made great strides. The directors of the academy, Sudarshan Singh Piparli and Jaswant Singh Champawat, expressed pride and happiness over Shivam’s selection as part of the backup squad of SRH in IPL 2025.

The story of Shivam entering the IPL is something to be in awe of. He has kept performing in domestic events, deceiving some of the greats of the game with mystery spin. It does serve to SRH for making recognition of one’s talent and potential, and he could make a considerable difference in this IPL season.
As for Shivam, Jagri is going to keep that picture in mind. This also reflects excellent coaching and training facilities from Future Blues Cricket Academy, which is known for producing stars. For Shivam’s selection, there is ample evidence of the nurture of young talent.
Shivam will create a miracle for himself, come out of family and academy pride, and of course, state pride when he plays at IPL 2025 for SRH. Because he has talent, hard work, and dedication, he may be one of the greats in the future.
