Kane Williamson Joins Commentary Panel

Kane Williamson, celebrated New Zealand cricketing legend, will be seen making his debut as a commentator in the 2025 edition of the Indian Premier League. Though Williamson went unsold in the mega auction, he will be giving his inputs as part of the national feed commentary team. Star Sports has released the scintillating commentary setup for the cash-rich league.

Williamson has lots of experience under his belt when it comes to commentating, having won the IPL twice. He was in the Sunrisers Hyderabad team that won the title in 2016 and he was a part of the commentary team for the Gujarat Titans” first title win in IPL 2022.

Besides Williamson, the commentary team will comprise former Indian cricketers Suresh Raina and Shikhar Dhawan.
