India and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja dismissed Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) opener Mitchell Marsh by rattling his stumps, bringing an end to his innings. The two teams are currently locking horns in the IPL 2025 clash at the BRSABV Stadium in Lucknow.
Marsh, who missed the previous match, returned to the playing XI in place of Himmat Singh. The Australian took a while to settle in but soon found his rhythm, playing a variety of strokes and finding the boundary with ease.
As the scoring rate began to slow down, Marsh tried to shift gears and take charge. But on the third ball of the 10th over, he attempted to go after Ravindra Jadeja, misjudged the shot completely, and ended up being bowled, leaving his stumps shattered.

LSG Push for Big Score Against CSK in High-Stakes IPL 2025 Match
Chennai Super Kings won the toss and chose to bowl first against LSG in Lucknow. They got off to a good start by removing Aiden Markram (6 off 6) and Nicholas Pooran (8 off 9) early. Rishabh Pant is still at the crease, and LSG are 155/4 at the end of 19 overs.
Both teams are keen to win—CSK are trying to break their five-match losing streak and grab two important points, while LSG want to keep their good form going with another win. As of now, in the IPL standings, Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) are positioned third with four wins from six matches.
On the other hand, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) are struggling in ninth place, having secured only one victory in six games. Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) and Chennai Super Kings (CSK) have faced each other five times in the Indian Premier League (IPL). LSG lead the head-to-head record with three victories, while CSK have won once, and one match ended without a result.
