India pacer Arshdeep Singh removed his Punjab Kings (PBKS) teammate and Australian batter Josh Inglis to pick up his second wicket in the third T20I of the five-match series at the Bellerive Oval in Hobart on Sunday, November 2. The dismissal occurred on the third delivery of the third over of Australia’s innings.
Arshdeep delivered a length ball outside the leg stump, and Inglis attempted a cross-batted shot but mistimed it straight to Axar Patel at deep backward square leg. Axar made no mistake, taking an easy catch to hand the left-arm seamer his second scalp in as many overs.

Arshdeep Singh Strikes Twice Early To Put India On Top In 3rd T20I
Opting to bat first, Australia got off to a poor start as comeback pacer Arshdeep Singh made an early impact, removing Travis Head for six off four deliveries in the opening over. Jasprit Bumrah then maintained the pressure with a tidy over, giving away only six runs.
Arshdeep came back for his second over and dismissed Josh Inglis (1) to claim his second wicket of the match. Bumrah continued to maintain control, conceding just six runs in his following over. However, Tim David attacked Varun Chakaravarthy in the fifth over, hitting him for a four and a six.
By the end of the powerplay, Australia stood at 43/2, with Mitchell Marsh (9) and Tim David (26) steadying the innings at the crease.
