ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2026: Check Out All Details Announced So Far
The following ICC Men’s T20 World Cup is set to adopt the same format as that of the 2024 edition. There are four groups, each consisting of five teams, making a total of twenty participating teams. This formatting guarantees that the initial phase of the tournament is characterized by a balanced competition.
After the grouping, the leading two teams from each group will participate in the Super 8 stage. The eight teams that have qualified will be split into two groups, referred to as Group X and Group Y, with four teams in each group. This tournament will take place in eight venues, which will be divided between India and Sri Lanka, making it a very exciting event for the international cricketing community.
