Star Indian cricketer Virat Kohli was seen with his wife, Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma, while returning from Alibaug following his brief participation in the Vijay Hazare Trophy (VHT) 2025–26. Kohli featured in two matches for Delhi in the ongoing domestic 50-over tournament.
On Sunday, December 28, the couple was spotted leaving their Alibaug residence. They arrived by ferry and were seen walking into a car before heading off. Kohli kept it casual in a white T-shirt, jacket and cap, while Anushka opted for a relaxed look in a green shirt paired with sunglasses.

Recently, Virat Kohli was seen at the Bengaluru airport following Delhi’s Vijay Hazare Trophy (VHT) 2025–26 match against Gujarat on Friday, December 26. After the South Africa series, the players had a break ahead of the home New Zealand series scheduled for January 2026. As a result, several Indian players took part in the domestic tournament.
It is worth noting that Kohli trained in Alibaug before travelling to Bengaluru for Delhi’s fixtures. After completing his brief two-match spell, he is expected to next feature in the series against New Zealand.
Virat Kohli Shines In VHT 2025–26
Virat Kohli finished the three-match ODI series against South Africa as the top performer, scoring 302 runs that included two centuries and an unbeaten half-century. He continued that rich vein of form for Delhi in the Vijay Hazare Trophy (VHT) 2025–26. In the opening match of their campaign against Andhra Pradesh, Kohli struck a superb century while chasing a challenging target of 299.
The star batter hammered 131 runs from 101 deliveries, hitting 14 boundaries and three sixes at a strike rate of 129.70, as Delhi cruised to victory in just 37.4 overs with four wickets in hand. In the following match against Gujarat, Delhi put up 254/9 while batting first. Kohli once again played a key role, scoring a rapid 77 off 61 balls, which included 13 fours and one six at a strike rate of 126.22.
Delhi edged out Gujarat by seven runs. Kohli’s continuation of top form is a major boost for India ahead of the upcoming New Zealand series and the 2027 ODI World Cup.
