Actor Anushka Sharma and her husband, star cricketer Virat Kohli, visited Vrindavan on Tuesday to seek blessings from spiritual leader Premanand Maharaj. The visit came just two days after Virat’s team, Royal Challengers Bengaluru, won the IPL 2026 title, making it their second straight championship after last year’s success.
The couple visited Premanand Maharaj’s ashram, Radha Keli Kunj Ashram, where they met the spiritual guru and received his blessings. Photos from their visit have surfaced on social media, showing Virat and Anushka leaving the ashram after the meeting.
Their visit followed RCB’s IPL triumph, where they defeated Gujarat Titans in the final on May 31 to lift their second IPL trophy.

A viral video showed Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli leaving Agra airport and heading to their car before travelling to Vrindavan. Over the years, the couple has visited Vrindavan many times to seek blessings from Premanand Maharaj.
Anushka and Virat have often spoken about how important spirituality is in their lives and have been seen attending several religious and spiritual events together. They also prefer to keep their personal life private and are raising their two children, daughter Vamika and son Akaay, in London.
Anushka-Virat’s spiritual connection
Anushka Sharma and Virat Kohli often visit Premanand Maharaj to seek his blessings during important moments in their lives. Earlier this year, they visited his ashram on Akshaya Tritiya and also on their son Akaay’s birthday.
On Monday, Anushka celebrated RCB’s IPL 2026 title win with a special Instagram post. She shared a lovely picture of Virat holding the trophy while she kissed him on the forehead. Virat was all smiles in the photo. Instead of writing a message, Anushka kept the caption simple with a victory sign, a heart, and folded-hands emojis.
RCB’s back-to-back IPL title win sparked celebrations both on and off the field. Anushka’s social media posts and videos of her celebrating quickly went viral among fans. With this victory, RCB achieved a major milestone by becoming only the third team in IPL history to successfully defend their title, after Chennai Super Kings and Mumbai Indians.
Anushka and Virat first met during the shooting of a commercial and later got married in December 2017. They welcomed their daughter Vamika in January 2021 and their son Akaay in February 2024.
