Have you ever seen a cricketer don the jersey of his rival country? Well it is a once in a bluemoon occasion as no cricketer will be ever ready to support their rival nation. However this thing happened in London as Shane Warne was seen wearing the England’s three lions shirt and tweeting a photo in that.
It all goes down to the bet between Shane Warne and Sourav Ganguly before the Australia VS England game at Edgbaston on Saturday. Australia needed to win to get through while it was a dead rubber for Morgan and his men.

The jersey saga however arose from a meeting between former Australian captain Micheal Clarke and Sourav Ganguly in London. Clarke reckoned his boys had a great chance of making it to the final as Australia really looked formidable on paper. Ganguly contradicted saying England have better chance to go further in the tournament.
Shane Warne joined in saying he would wear England jersey for a day and also take Sourav to a dinner if England knock Australia out of the tournament by beating them at Edgbaston. However if things go the other way, Sourav would have to wear an Australia jersey for a day and take Shane Warne over for a dinner.
👀 Here's a sight you thought you'd never see!

In the all important match Australia lost wickets at crucial intervals only to be rescued by a Travis Head onslaught in the end getting a competitive 270 odd on the board. England having lost quick wickets recovered after a blistering partnership between Morgan and Stokes and won on D/L method. Ben Stokes showed his brute force scoring a magnificent ton while Eoin Morgan scored a quickfire 87. Warnie lost his bet!
.@SGanguly99 You won the bet mate, so here I am wearing the England shirt & yes I'm in a world of hurt ! 😩😩https://t.co/SDAYphZtME pic.twitter.com/KItywKPRIS
