Since the introduction of T-20 cricket, the cricketing fraternity has seen many unconventional shots over the years. England legend Kevin Peterson was the flag bearer of switch hit, while Indian wicketkeeper-batsman MS Dhoni is highly regarded for his ‘Helicopter shot’.
Former Sri Lankan batsman Tillakaratne Dilshan had a unique style of playing seam bowlers over his head which is known as ‘Dilscoop’ to the cricket lovers. However, a new shot has been recorded which has kept the fans amused.
In a recent video posted on twitter, a batsman was seen shuffling towards the off-stump swinging his bat overhead before sweeping a ball to the fine-leg area. The world went mad since the video resurfaced on the internet earlier today.
Twitterati started this unique shot ‘Heliscoop’. However, the details regarding the match and the name of the batsman were not available.
