Australian side has named three debutants for the first test against Pakistan a starting tomorrow at Dubai. Limited over specialists Aaron Finch and Travis Head are set to receive their baggy greens along with Marnus Labuschagne who showed his class in the practice game against Pakistan A.
Tim Paine has also revealed that Peter Siddle who played in whites years back, is ready to assist Mitchell starc from the other end. However, Matt Renshaw who showcased his class on earlier tours hasn”t been preferred.
Lyon and Holland will be the spinners for the side whereas Marsh brothers are promoted to No:3 and No:4 positions in the line-up. With the absence of Josh Hazlewood, Mitchell Marsh will represent his first game for the National side as the deputy.
Australia will try to regain their lost pride after the controversial series again Proteas back in February. This series also marks the first in whites for Justin Langer since his appointment in June. It would be interesting if he can add a flavour to the new look squad which would be missing the services of Warner and Smith.
